Psychometric Testing
Because BiS Henderson do not use psychometric testing when recruiting for our own business, we are guided by our clients interview process, methodology and requirements and we do not provide in-house psychometric testing assessors.
Each of BiS Hendersons clients has their own set of guidelines which we follow implicitly and will assist with. On the rare occasions BiS Henderson are asked to provide psychometric or aptitude testing we contact SHL and the cost of SHL’s assessment services is attributed back to the client.
BiS Henderson have also used the psychometric testing services of Bluestone and the Psychologists Network Organisations.
Salary Surveys & Market Research
As BiS Henderson have one of the recruitment industry’s largest databases of LIVE candidates currently employed in the supply chain and logistics sector, together with a sophisticated IT platform, we can provide role specific salary and benefits information that is current and up to date.
In line with the Data Protection Act requirements, BiS Henderson supply the highest, lowest and median measurements and the sample size used in our survey report.
Outsourced Recruitment Solutions

Micro Site Hosting
Our Public Sector, Government & Cabinet Office clients require the provision of micro sites for specific roles and/or campaigns. BiS Henderson are able to provide this service either linked to our website or linked to the Daily Telegraph job portal.
Advertisement Design & Copywriting
BiS Henderson has it’s own in-house advertisement design service and are able to provide both 1-off advertisements for specific roles and on-going themed advertising campaigns lasting from 3 to 12 months.
