BiS Henderson will conduct reference checks as requested by the client from the candidates previous employers and once an offer has been made by the client to the candidate, a reference check will be made on the candidates current employer.
We invite clients to provide specific questions they would like the candidates referee to be asked and BiS Henderson will provide a verbatim report of reference responses received.
BiS Henderson has access to and has negotiated preferential rates with Pinkerton to provide in-depth security and criminal record checks on any candidate.
