Tom joined Bis Henderson Group as Group CFO in August 2021, Tom is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of the Group as well as oversight of HR, IT and compliance activities. Tom brings extensive experience in finance from grass roots financial processes and reporting right through to working as Finance Director; developing high performing finance functions that excel in supporting the business. This includes working in Private Equity backed businesses as well as AIM listed environments following a successful IPO. More recently Tom has worked in Commercial, Operations and Managing Director roles, leading operational management and marketing and strategic change including the set up and launch of a Law Firm. Tom is excited to contribute to the continuing and accelerated growth journey the Group has embarked on. As someone who believes business culture is critically important to a strong and stable business and is a follower of the principles of the Trusted Executive Foundation, the fit with this ambitious yet close knit team at Bis Henderson feels ideal. Outside of work Tom is a keen cook specialising in pizza making and smokery. He also enjoys spending time being surrounded by his friends and family.
