TPA Capital is delighted to announce that it has completed its investment in Bis Henderson, a leading provider of professional services into the Supply Chain sector. The investment will help accelerate the company’s growth ambitions across its Consulting, Space solutions and Recruitment offerings.
Established by Andy Kaye in 2000, Bis has grown into a multi-faceted logistics and supply chain solutions group, helping clients solve mission critical issues that underpin their operations and growth objectives. Bis has proven its ability to innovate and tailor its solutions to the rapidly evolving backdrop in logistics and supply chain, further exacerbated by recent global developments.
Over the last two decades the business has successfully extended its offering from a highly respected executive search firm, for senior logistics and supply chain professionals, into the consulting and space arena. Bis Consulting offers cutting-edge solutions in areas such as strategy, eCommerce and automation across Europe and the US and has extensively supported large blue chip customers, as well as industry disruptors, across the Retail, FMCG and Industrial sectors. Bis’ pioneering Space proposition supports businesses, across a broad range of industries, in the sourcing and provision of flexible warehousing and storage solutions, helping reduce dislocation in a market with increasing scarcity of supply.
The logistics sector has experienced unprecedented pressures and growth over the last 12 months, providing further opportunities for Bis to support its ever expanding client base. TPA will seek to leverage its sector credentials and experience to support the continuation of Bis’ growth journey.
Andy Kaye, CEO of Bis Henderson, said:
“We are delighted to be partnering with TPA and welcome their insight and support as we position ourselves to scale our business to take further advantage of the opportunities afforded to us at this incredible time for our sector. From the outset we were impressed with their knowledge and experience of the logistics market and how quickly they engaged with and shared our strategic vision for growth”.
Ravi Aujla, Investment Director at TPA, said “We’re very excited to be able to partner with Bis on the next stage of its journey. Andy Kaye and Sid Holian have done an incredible job in creating a group that serves its clients with highly sought after advice and solutions. Supply chains are undergoing a period of significant change and Bis is very well placed to capitalise on the opportunities this brings. We look forward to partnering with Andy, Sid and the wider team to help realise their growth ambitions. This represents our third investment in the logistics space and we remain strong advocates for the sector”.
